Get away from it all!

Join us for a 6 day break full of yoga and healthy eating on the island of Crete. Indulge in daily yoga practises and series of cooking classes, both designed to revive your body, mind and soul. Observe your breath, your thoughts, your body and the wonderful scenery practising yoga, surrounded by olive trees and free range hens! Our base is at the Olive Farm a 30 minute drive from the town of Chania. Everyone can participate, regardless of age and physical condition!

A Traditional Holistic Path

During the retreat you will aim for clarity and serenity practicing postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation, daily, in the olive grove; following up with a nutritious breakfast, on the spot. The best way to start the day! Obtain body awareness, get in touch with our inner self, reconnect with the environment and be more present in every moment. We promise that you will return home feeling more energized, peaceful and creative.

Cretan diet a long healthy heritage

Recognized as one of the healthiest diets, the Cretan diet holds all those elements that shape a healthy nutrition. Since nutrition is such an important element in yoga we are keeping it light and veggie. You will discover the secrets of the local diet that go back thousands of years to the Minoan times. We will cook with ingredients which complement and balance each other and give more to the body than they take away from it. Join us for this Vegetarian Cooking Yoga Retreat and combine the health benefits of yoga with wholesome delicious vegetarian meals, using fresh, artisan produce!


Your accommodation can range from small traditional cottages that sleep 2-4 people to larger luxury villas. All accommodation is located in and around the village of Litsarda, close to The Olive Farm. When you get in touch  we will discuss your specific accommodation requirements and provide all the information of your accommodation, with photography, before you book the holiday.

Your Retreat Itinerary

Day 1

16:00 Pick up from the city center of Chania. Transfer to your accommodation in the area of Apokoronas, a leafy region in the Northern coast of Crete with numerous villages between the olive groves and vineyards. Small reception with drinks and meze and info on the schedule of the week. Free evening to explore the village – bikes available upon request
